We are looking for an Office Manager to help manage our successful Home Health business! This role makes a significant impact on our daily operations and the ability to provide the best care to patients by coordinating medical and health services. 
You are highly detail-oriented and an expert at managing multiple priorities. Process-driven with exceptional customer service skills, you genuinely care about connecting patients and caregivers to improve lives. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedule and staff all new cases and fill any open shifts as needed, in a timely manner
  • Use web based scheduling application as the basis for all scheduling and payroll needs
  • Gather, review, and confirm payroll data to be entered in system to meet payroll deadlines
  • Be the primary contact to sell our services to potential clients, by phone or personal contact
  • Be part of the interview, hiring and training process for all new staff
  • Keep a “hot list” of all staff that can be placed immediately or used as backup for all call off situations
  • Call all staff weekly, to confirm week-end schedules. and transmit week-end schedules to the on-call person each Friday
  • Schedule the RN to perform an initial client assessment for all clients
  • Manage client and employee files ensuring content complies with monitoring visits
  • Keep documentation logs for all events, incidents, complaints, etc. that occur for both clients and staff
  • Manage employees using the performance point system
  • Assist in filing, copying, and administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to manage routine office files, log books, and field staff schedules
  • Possess a positive attitude, good people skills, and a professional appearance
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
